The Virtual Engineering Centre (via LCR4.0 Holistic), St George’s Hall Trust and Liverpool City Council are working collaboratively to develop a new innovative strategy that will bridge the gap between innovation and local digital SMEs who can support the city’s digital transformation as they lead the Digital Heritage campaign across the Liverpool City Region.
