Cyber security survey – protecting your business against cyber attacks

Due to the numerous cyber-attacks and hacks being reported daily by the global media, organisations are growing increasingly concerned about their own businesses whilst they are being encouraged to adopt more digital technologies, including those within industry 4.0.

It is essential that modern businesses have effective cyber security to reduce the risk of a cyber-attack and protect entities, organisations and individuals from deliberate exploitation of systems, networks and technologies.

LCR 4.0 – a transformational ERDF funded project in Liverpool City Region (LCR) is here to support industry to develop smarter products, processes and supply chains by adopting new technological solutions. The team behind LCR 4.0 have devised a strategy to help inform LCR businesses how they can better protect themselves from unwanted cyber-attacks.

Experts at Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) PROTECT research centre are seeking to provide solutions to industrial colleagues through the LCR 4.0 project. As part of capturing the cyber needs and current awareness of organisations, we would be extremely grateful if you could spare 2 minutes to complete the simple survey below:

This information will then be used to develop a workshop later in 2017 to inform industry on how they can be better implement appropriate measures to diminish the risk of a cyber-attack, whilst balancing its business objectives against the cost of measures, and the impact and likelihood of the risk occurring.

LJMU would be delighted to invite respondents to the workshop expected to be delivered in November 2017.

Many thanks in advance for your cooperation, and we look forward to sharing the results with you!
